Programmable Mud Initiative
Assistant | Massachusetts Institute of Technology | 2022 “Programmable Mud is a research initiative focused on reducing the negative climate impact of new construction through additive design, low-carbon material innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration across MIT and beyond.”
As an assistant to Sandy Curth, I mixed mud, drove the robot, ran the SCARA 3D printer, and contributed to the design of an earthen bench (shown on right).
The work and learnings that came out of this experience with Sandy ultimately informed / inspired my Master’s thesis
